With nearly a century of family history in San Francisco and over 100 years in the United States, Crystle Wong Vitari’s roots run deep. Her family has long been at the forefront of real estate in the city—her grandfather was one of the first Chinese realtors, and her maternal grandfather was among the first Chinese homeowners following the repeal of the Chinese Exclusion Act. Real estate is not just a profession for Crystle—it’s a legacy.
As the CEO of a global tech startup founded in San Francisco, Crystle understands firsthand what it takes to succeed in competitive markets. Her 17+ years of real estate experience spans managing residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties, as well as actively investing. A native San Franciscan, she possesses an intimate knowledge of the city's micro-neighborhoods, offering clients a distinct advantage whether they are buying, selling, leasing, or investing. More than just a real estate agent, Crystle is a relationship-builder who guides her clients with honesty, transparency, and integrity.
What Does a Tech Startup Have to Do With Real Estate?
Everything. As a God-led entrepreneur, Crystle is driven by purpose. Her ultimate vision is to scale her tech company to fund micro-housing initiatives for the homeless in partnership with San Francisco’s most effective social service organizations. Real estate is a key component of this mission—it allows her to network, learn about land development, and strategically position herself for future property acquisitions that will serve the unhoused community. Her experience serving on nonprofit boards gives her a deep understanding of what these organizations truly need to help people transition off the streets for good.
Crystle specializes in working with private complex corporate deals, churches, nonprofits, and affordable housing developers. She also extends her expertise to first-time homebuyers within her sphere of influence, ensuring they receive the guidance and support needed to achieve homeownership.
The same principles that drive her success in the tech world—honesty, transparency, integrity, and a relationship-first approach—are the cornerstones of her real estate practice.
Deeply Rooted in San Francisco & Committed to Service
Born and raised in the Inner Richmond, Crystle remains committed to establishing her future in San Francisco. She actively supports and serves multiple nonprofits focused on homelessness, youth empowerment, and poverty alleviation. She also dedicates part of her time to ministry work as a prophetic healer, helping individuals overcome incurable diseases, mental illness, generational trauma, and spiritual wounds. In addition, she is currently working on a series of children’s books designed to help parents, teachers, and caregivers facilitate meaningful conversations about homelessness—set to be published soon.
