Meet Crystle

With deep family roots spanning more than a century in the United States — and nearly 80 years in San Francisco — Crystle Wong Vitari carries forward a powerful legacy in real estate. Her paternal grandfather was one of the first Chinese realtors in the city, and her maternal grandfather was among the earliest Chinese individuals to purchase property after the repeal of the Chinese Exclusion Act. For Crystle, real estate is more than a career — it's an inherited calling.

The Crystle Clear Vision

Working with Crystle is more than working with one person — it's a partnership with God.

Every decision, every transaction, every conversation is Holy Spirit-led.

Bold. Unapologetic. Holy Spirit-led.

As President of a globally operating tech startup she co-founded in San Francisco, Crystle brings proven leadership and a hard-won understanding of failing forward. With more than 18 years of hands-on experience managing residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties — while actively investing herself — she offers clients unparalleled expertise. Born and raised in the Inner Richmond, she has an insider's knowledge of San Francisco's distinct micro-neighborhoods and guides buyers, sellers, investors, and lessees with confidence, honesty, transparency, and integrity.

Why Would a Tech Founder Excel in Real Estate?

The connection is purposeful. As a faith-guided entrepreneur, Crystle is driven by a greater mission: to scale her tech company and use its philanthropic arm to fund micro-housing solutions for the homeless, in partnership with San Francisco's most trusted and effective social service organizations. Her real estate work fuels this vision — building networks, deepening her knowledge of land development, and identifying future acquisition opportunities that can become permanent housing. Years of nonprofit board service have given her a clear-eyed understanding of what it truly takes to help people move off the streets and into stability.

Crystle specializes in complex private corporate transactions, partnerships with churches, nonprofits, and affordable housing developers. She also warmly welcomes first-time homebuyers within her sphere of influence, providing the patient guidance and support needed to make homeownership a reality.

The same cornerstones that drive success in her tech company are the same cornerstones that make her the best real estate agent to work with: honesty, transparency, integrity, a relationship-first approach to every transaction — and a conviction that the best solutions come from Heaven before they come from a spreadsheet.

A Lifelong San Franciscan Committed to Service and Impact

Choosing to build her future in the city she loves, Crystle remains deeply engaged in its social fabric. She is a committed supporter of organizations addressing homelessness, youth empowerment, and poverty. Alongside her philanthropic giving, she serves part-time in ministry as a prophetic healer, walking with those facing incurable illnesses, mental health challenges, generational trauma, and spiritual wounds — teaching them how to encounter God for themselves and receive His answers directly.

She is also the author of two forthcoming book series: a children's series designed to help parents, teachers, and caregivers open meaningful conversations with kids ages 5–8 about homelessness and the real reasons people end up on the streets, and an adult series — beginning with Good and Evil Made Simple — focused on empowering readers to break free from burdens, afflictions, and sicknesses through faith and spiritual insight. Both are set for release soon.

Her leadership and service are reflected in her extensive board and volunteer roles, including:

  • Board of Directors and Emeritus Board, Lutheran Social Services of Northern California

  • APA Heritage Foundation Committee of San Francisco

  • Board Member, Old Skool Café

  • Major donor and volunteer, Mobilize Love

  • Past roles: Board of Directors Zion Lutheran Church and School of San Francisco, Designing a Difference, APAPA San Francisco, Friends of Smuin Ballet, and Co-Chair of The Princess Project

In every endeavor — business, philanthropy, ministry, or real estate — Crystle Wong Vitari is a woman of unwavering faith, integrity, and action, devoted to transforming lives and strengthening the San Francisco community she calls home. Working with her isn't just hiring an agent or a founder. It's stepping into a partnership with God.
